3, Benefication
The metallurgical fluorite ore shall be granular or block concentrate ore, which should only use gravity separator jigger for its benefication. The jigger machine in the flow are of different types which can deal with 0-8mm and 8-30mm particle size in the fluorite ore washing. To improve the indicators and capacity, Forui recommends to set a hopper and feeder before the jigger, in order to ensure the normal and stable oparation of the jigger.
4, Dehydration
The jigger use water as beneficiation media, so the discharged concentrate or tailings has high water content. It needs dehydration operations. Forui propose to adopt the efficient dewatering screen which can largely reduce the water content of the mineral surface. And the excess water is back to the circulating pool for resue.
